Richard Pangilinan is not new in joining bikini contests. Representing Angeles City, Pampanga, Chard is a graduating student of Criminology at the Angeles City University Foundation. He was the winner of Hataw! Super Bodies Bikini Open 2010 and a model for underwear brand Folded & Hung. He just recently won the title of “Mr. Subic Fiesta Bikini Open 2011”. He also won the “Best in Showdown” title in the recently concluded Subic Fiesta Bikini Open 2011 held April 29, 2011.
