Seung-Jun (born May 18, 1978 as Eric Lee Sandrin) is an American-born South
Korean professional basketball player. He currently plays for Wonju Dongbu
Promy.
Lee
grew up in the Pacific Northwest. His mother is Korean. His younger brother
Daniel Sandrin also plays in the Korean Basketball League, for the Seoul
Samsung Thunders under the name Lee Dong-Jun. He became a South Korean citizen
in 2009, relinquishing his United States citizenship in the process. Lee is
fluent in both Korean and English. Wikipedia
Eric
is an incredible athlete with many gifts. Size to go inside with jumping
ability to rebound. Quickness, ball handling skills, and picture perfect jumper
to play on the wing. Watching Eric run on the break gets the crowd excited with
anticipation. Fits in best with an athletic team that likes to run. Can really
fill the lanes and finish with a spectacular dunk in traffic. Needs to work on
defense and consistency to play at top levels. Very intelligent, charismatic,
and professional. Fluent in French and has a degree in European studies, so he
has no integration problems in Europe.
